Many of our salons are operated by our franchisees who are independent businesses operating under licence from us. This privacy policy applies to not only Runo but also all of our franchisees in relation to your personal data held by us and our franchisees.

For general communications we will only ask you to provide us with your name and email.

For application as a franchisee or employment in any of our salons we will request your full name, address, telephone and email.

In all circumstances your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.

Runo and their franchisees will treat your personal data for the following purposes:

Contact you via email, regarding updates, promotions or general communications

Contact you with regard to franchise or  employment opportunities if applicable.

Respond to queries or requests you make through the customer service channels available on our Platform.
